Exaba today showcased its advanced Encryption Key Management Store (KMS), a critical component of its multi-tenant Object Store solution.

During the demonstration, Exaba utilized 8192-bit RSA encryption for master keys, while key encryption keys and data encryption keys were secured with AES 256. All random numbers and key generation processes were executed on servers operating in FIPS mode, complete with at-source checksums to ensure integrity.

To enhance security, external Quantum Random Number tools can be integrated to provide out-of-band entropy. While Exaba’s KMS is compatible with various external devices, Exaba Labs is currently conducting tests with FIPS-compliant random number generators, including Moonlab's OneRNG and ID Quantique's QRNG from Switzerland.
